Mexico March 31 - April 2, 2006 | Story | March 31 | April 1 | 2

This was an awesome trip. Most of the group drove out Friday afternoon/evening to Ensenada, and I, Robb, drove out Saturday morning around 2:30am. Most spent the night at a retreat/missionary house outside of Ensenda. The next morning, Saturday, started with worship and a devotional by Joel Roggenback, then breakfast, and then off to the orphanage for the day. We spent the day havin lots of fun with the kids. We did songs and dance, puppet show, crafts, served hot dogs, and of corse, a Bible study. The kids had a blast and were super blessed. During the alter call, many of the kids got saved. It was truly an awesome awesome experience. Sunday morning, most of the group had another time of worship and teaching led by Joel, followed up by a drive out to La Bufadora, for some sight seeing and evangelism, then some taco time, and the long drive home handing out tracts at the border. I, Robb, on the otherhand, got up nice and early and drove out to Tijuana to meet an old friend of mine, Pastor Agustin, who I surprised. We got to spend a lot of time talking about an outreach that we're gonna setup in the Coachella Valley for the Hispanics and also about setting up a trip soon to his church to do another childrens outreach. He had just arrived back in town from a 2 week missions trip, so his wife was filling in for him at Sunday church. She preached it up, and he also talked for a while after she was finished. It was truly a blessed blessed trip which we could see the Lord's hand moving so mightly.
